Urban Spring Styled Shoot

Coup Des Tartes – Phoenix, Arizona

This last weekend I had the opportunity to participate in a super stylish urban spring styled shoot. For those of you that don’t know what a styled shoot is I would say its like a ‘mock event’. Styled shoots are great for portfolio building purposes. And also for professionals to collaborate and show off their products or services. Since only recently moving to Arizona I needed to build a wedding vendor list again with contacts local to my area. This event was a great way for me to network with local vendors and other photographers. Not only did I meet some amazing professional but I also was able to practice my photography skills in a more relaxed environment. Unlike wedding days, a styled shoot allows for more time to tryout new poses and explore more creative ways of shooting.

 The models are a real couple and they totally rocked!
