Temecula Styled Shoot

Wow! What a crazy day it was for this Styled Shoot! It’s been pouring rain for days and today was no exception. Why can’t the weather get it together when I have work to do. 😉 We had some pretty heavy rain and hail. Not to mention the temperature was around 52 degrees! Thankfully there were a few times the rain stopped and we were able to get some beautiful pictures after all. The styled shoot took place at Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula, Ca. A beautiful wedding venue in the very popular Temecula wine country.

A few of my favorite things about this shoot were the fact that we had a few real married couples which I think is always a plus over models who have never met. They have a special connection which comes across so naturally and beautifully in the photos. Also one of the couples had only been married a few months, ahhh young love! She also offered to use her own wedding dress! That was a special treat! My other favorite element from this shoot were the invitations. They are gorgeous! The colors included a soft peridot. Which is my birth stone, so of course that’s probably why I like them so much!
