Family Session Murrieta | Chapin

Family Portrait Session | Chapin

Murrieta, CA

Are you envisioning your next family photo session in a picturesque location? Maybe a vast open field with rolling hills as a backdrop? Oh, and you’d like to find a place local to the Temecula area?? Well lucky for you I know just the spot!! Join me and I’ll take you to my favorite spot, which is just over in Murrieta.

You would never guess it from the parking lot but there really is a hidden little park down at the end of the path. If your willing to keep walking with me a bit further, we’ll go across a flood wash area then scale a small hill slope. In about 5 minutes we will have gone from an average neighborhood park to an undisturbed prairie.

I love the look and feel this backdrop gives to the photos. It adds a very classic country ranch vibe. I love locations that have a wow factor but are still very clean and timeless. Most people don’t realize that location choice is actually really important for the overall aesthetic of your portraits. It’s just as important as the outfits you choose to wear. Especially if you plan on making prints for your home. If you think about it, your photos are like art for your walls. I’ll want the feel of the photo and colors to compliment your home. Not only will you then have a cohesive design look but you’ll also have beautiful memories of your family to cherish.

I had the pleasure of photographing some friends from church who decided to venture out with me to this incredible spot. So happy they did because we created some beautiful images.
