Yorba Linda Redwood Forest

Family Session

Would you believe me if I told you we have a redwood forest down here in Southern California? It’s true! Well I might have slightly exaggerated the forest part. But there really is a small area with giant redwood trees in Yorba Linda. It’s about an hour north of Temecula. The place is awesome! You really feel like you’re up north in the redwood forest of the Sequoias. The trees are so stunning and make for a beautiful backdrop for portraits. It was quite the hike to reach this area, so major props to this family for making it down there. Espessially for the ladies who we in high heels! Such troopers!

I loved working with this family. Normally I get a little nervous when I see two little boys jump out of the car at a photo session. Sometimes you just never know how hyper they will be and if the session will be challenging. But these little studs were absolutely angels!  Momma has done a great job raising all her kiddos. Such a beautiful family and it really reflects in their photos. They really love each other and enjoyed being together. It was a real pleasure to be able to capture these special moments.
